It is so wonderful that people all over the United States are embracing the mission of helping provide socks for the homeless.
Lisa Martino-Taylor, a Professor of Sociology, at St. Louis Community College-Meramec in St. Louis, MO read about us in The Huffington Post and asked if we wanted a “rep” in the St. Louis area.
Of course we said “Yes!”
Lisa will be the “Regional Sock Person” and will coordinate the collection and distribution of socks for the homeless. Lisa will be getting several cases of socks, brochures and t-shirts to get started.
We’ll keep you posted on the activities in and around St. Louis.
