Next week is Catholic School’s Week in Philadelphia and the students at Our Mother of Consolation School have decided to have a drive to collect socks for the homeless.
All students in pre-K through 8th grade will get involved. The lower grades will collect socks for children, while the upper grades will collect socks for adult.
After the drive the socks will be delivered to Chestnut Hill College where some student interns will bring them to the homeless around Philly.
Thanks to the students, faculty and staff at OMC!
