There are so many great people out there who embrace the mission of providing socks for the homeless, including the Camden Riversharks. The Riversharks are a minor league baseball team in Camden, NJ (just across the Delaware river from Philadelphia.
This afternoon I met with Brian Frankowski, Group Account Manager, to discuss how we can partner with each other. Brian suggested, among other things, a The Joy of Sox night at the Riversharks.
Perhaps everyone who brings a pair or three of new white socks would get in at a discount. Or perhaps there would be an ice water walk (more on that later).
